Robert has resided in Carroll County, Maryland with his wife Marlene since 2001. He considers himself a family man, and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Robert has been working in plumbing since 1978. He brings over 35 years of experience and customer service to the industry. As the owner and creater of his company, he sets himself apart from other plumbing businesses by working with his tools everyday. He has built his reputation with his customers by getting to know them face to face, and by being honest and fair.

Marlene Bookhultz, Co-owner

Robert's wife, Marlene, has been the voice on the other end of the phone since 1995. Marlene runs the company's office and holds the same beliefs as Robert. They believe in honesty, quality work and putting their customers first.



 
 

Cali Serafin, Office Asst.

Robert and Marlene's daughter Cali has been working within the family business for years now. She started off part time in high school, and has been working full time for the past 4 years in the office. Cali is married to Tim Serafin and they have 2 kids.
